1. General Refund Policy
a. Non-Refundable Fees
Once a billing period has commenced, all fees for that month are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the level of service utilization.
b. Prepaid Services
For services paid in advance on a quarterly or annual basis, refunds for unused months will only be issued if the cancellation request is submitted at least 14 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
- Services were not delivered as outlined in the agreement due to a fault on the part of Spoilers Agency.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the issue.
3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes not guaranteed by Spoilers Agency.
- Failure to utilize services during the billing period.
- Breach of terms and conditions by the Client.

c. Refund Issuance
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 30 days of approval. Any applicable transaction fees or charges incurred during the payment process will not be refunded.
